Website Use Policy
EagleEye Home Solutions
Last updated 8 October 2026

1 Who operates this website
This Website Use Policy applies to the website operated by 12450071 Canada Inc., operating as EagleEye Home Solutions (EagleEye, we, us or our). The website provides information and enquiry or booking options for smart home assistance in Kitchener, Waterloo and Cambridge, Ontario.
Contact us at info@eagleeyehomesolutions.ca or by mail at EagleEye Home Solutions, 59 Activa Ave, Kitchener, ON N2E 3R3, Canada. This policy explains permitted website use. Our separate Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

2 Website use and service agreements
Use the website lawfully and respect the rules below. Merely visiting or browsing does not create a paid service order, authorize recurring charges or waive consumer rights. Where agreement to particular website features is required, we present the relevant terms and use an appropriate acceptance process.
A service purchase is governed by the Service Order and Customer Terms and Conditions you accept at booking. Those documents contain the agreed work, prices, taxes, payment dates, appointment rules, subscription benefits, cancellation rights and workmanship terms. This Website Use Policy does not replace them or change an existing service agreement.
Mandatory law takes priority. For service purchases, the specific agreed Service Order takes priority over the Customer Terms and Conditions as provided in that agreement. This Website Use Policy addresses use of the website and does not override either document. Acceptance of service terms is separate from optional marketing consent.

3 Enquiries bookings and account security
You must be at least 18 and have authority to place a service order. Provide accurate contact, service and payment information and correct errors promptly. Do not book work at another person’s property without the necessary permission. Paying for a parent or other adult does not authorize access to that person’s private accounts or information.
A general enquiry or quote request does not by itself confirm an appointment. Booking confirmation and the Service Order identify the agreed arrangements. Review the price, included work and recurring details before accepting. We provide the accepted agreement in a form you can keep.
If an account feature is available, keep your login credentials secure, use only accounts you are authorized to access and notify us promptly of suspected misuse. Do not send passwords, raw payment card details or unnecessary sensitive information through general forms or email.

4 Permitted and prohibited use
You may view the website, make genuine enquiries, request quotes, book available services and retain copies of your own agreements, receipts and service records.
You must not submit fraudulent bookings, impersonate another person, use payment details without authorization, or provide another person’s personal information without authority. Do not upload unlawful content, malicious software or material that infringes another person’s rights.
Do not attempt to bypass access controls, obtain unauthorized account or system access, interfere with the website’s operation, or use automated tools in a way that disrupts service or collects personal information without authorization. Do not send threats, harassment or abusive material through the website.

5 Website materials and submissions
Website text, branding, images and other materials belong to EagleEye or their respective owners. You may use the website for its intended purpose and make reasonable personal copies, including your own transaction records. Other reproduction or commercial use requires permission unless permitted by law. You may share an ordinary link to the website provided it does not falsely suggest endorsement or affiliation.
You retain any rights you hold in material you submit. You authorize us to use submitted information, photographs or files only as reasonably needed to respond to your enquiry, provide the requested service or carry out another purpose you have specifically approved, subject to our Privacy Policy.
Submitting a photograph, comment or service enquiry does not automatically authorize public advertising use. Public use of your testimonial, image or identifiable service information requires separate optional permission.

6 Accuracy prices and availability
We take reasonable care to keep service information, descriptions, prices and availability accurate. If an error affects an order, we explain the issue and seek your agreement to a correction or provide an appropriate cancellation and refund. We do not silently substitute a higher price or additional work.
The Service Order records the actual scope, charges, taxes and dates accepted for a purchase. General website material does not authorize extra charges, replace an individual diagnosis or guarantee that every device or problem can be resolved. Existing service agreements are not changed merely by updating a website page.

7 External links and third party services
The website may link to device manufacturers, payment providers or other independent services. Those providers control their own content and independent services, which may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies. A link does not make the provider our agent or imply a guarantee of its performance.
Our obligations for services we agree to provide and for personal information processed on our behalf remain in place. We do not exclude responsibility that the law places on us merely because an external platform is involved.

8 Website availability and service limits
Website access may be interrupted by maintenance, technical faults or events outside reasonable control. We take reasonable steps to address problems, but do not promise uninterrupted access or compatibility with every browser or device. If an interruption prevents a booking or cancellation, contact info@eagleeyehomesolutions.ca or use another method allowed by your service agreement or law.
The website is not an emergency reporting or monitoring service. EagleEye does not provide emergency response, police or fire dispatch, medical alert monitoring or a guarantee against theft, injury or loss. For an emergency, call 911.
No statement in this policy removes liability, warranties, refund rights or other remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Service-related damage and liability are addressed in the accepted Customer Terms and Conditions; this policy does not add a separate indemnity or liability cap.

9 Privacy cookies and messages
Our separate Privacy Policy explains personal information collection, service-provider processing, sensitive device access, retention and your privacy choices. Any optional analytics or advertising technologies used on the website must be disclosed and controlled through appropriate consent choices where required. Website browsing does not itself authorize every optional tracking purpose.
Necessary booking and service messages are separate from promotional messages. We obtain the consent required for marketing and provide an unsubscribe method. Refusing optional marketing or publicity does not prevent you from obtaining service.

10 Restricting misuse and policy changes
We may restrict website access reasonably necessary to address fraud, security threats, unlawful conduct or material misuse. Where practical, we provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. An access restriction does not by itself cancel an existing service order, remove a refund right, or prevent cancellation or privacy requests through another available channel.
We may update this policy and publish the revised version with its updated date. Changes apply prospectively, subject to any notice or consent required by law. Posting an update does not retroactively change an accepted service contract. Where express acceptance is required, we obtain it rather than treating silence as consent.

11 Questions disputes and governing law
Contact us at info@eagleeyehomesolutions.ca with website questions or concerns. We will seek a practical resolution. Contacting us first is encouraged but is not required before exercising a statutory complaint or legal right.
Ontario law and applicable federal Canadian law govern, subject to mandatory laws and jurisdiction rules. Ontario courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction where permitted. This policy does not require private arbitration, waive class proceedings or shorten statutory limitation periods. An unenforceable provision is limited or removed only to the extent necessary, leaving the remainder effective where lawful.
